Starting self-exclusion
Rain Bet's terms describe an email-confirmed process. To begin, use the gaming account service itself:
1. On the gaming service, open the footer and select “Responsible Gambling” to reach the exclusion page. 2. Start the exclusion process. The initial cooling-off period lasts 24 hours and requires your acceptance through email. 3. Once that period finishes, check the next email for the available longer exclusion periods and choose the period you need.
Complete the steps in the gaming service and its emails; do not assume a support message has excluded your account.
Conditions during exclusion
Under Rain Bet's terms, requesting self-exclusion is voluntary. By doing so, you agree to avoid all of the following:
- Opening a replacement account.
- Sending funds or trying to make a deposit.
- Placing any further bets with Rain Bet.
The operator's terms state that exclusion is irreversible, with no exceptions. They also disclaim Rain Bet's liability for losses incurred while the exclusion is in effect. Do not treat exclusion as a promise that any later losses will be repaid.
Permanent closure and remaining funds

These provisions describe different circumstances. A closure request does not itself create a right to an immediate payment or a fixed processing deadline.
Age and location requirements
