Our sportsbook considers a bet valid only when acceptance is expressly confirmed in the betslip and recorded in your account history. You can review accepted bets in My Bets, but cannot reverse or change them, including misplaced or duplicated stakes. Our sportsbook may accept, reject, refuse, restrict, cancel or limit bets at its discretion. It may suspend acceptance for a user ID without notice or delay or suspend in-play acceptance during high-risk situations. Changes to maximum stake limits do not apply to bets already accepted.
We may offer three odds-change settings. Accept Any Odds Changes is the default and accepts increases or decreases before bet acceptance. Accept Higher Odds Changes accepts only increases. Don't Accept Odds Changes requires you to reconfirm after any odds change.
Our sportsbook may void bets or suspend settlement for acceptance errors, rule deviations, obvious pricing or software errors, known outcomes, delayed odds feeds or unfair practices. Bets on markets with obvious odds errors or exceeded market limits are void, as are bets affected by unrecoverable transactions or missing official time-sensitive data.
Our sportsbook settles bets after an event is complete and the official result has been announced. We use the governing body's determination at completion unless it supplies the result later or a specific rule says otherwise. For events outside official competitions, we use the event organiser's information. Later protests or disciplinary changes are not recognised under this settlement rule. A void bet returns its original stake at odds of 1.00. For a dead heat, we divide the stake between tied participants. The attributable portion wins at full odds and the remainder loses.
Under our general delay rule, bets are void if an organiser provides no rescheduling update within 12 hours of the original start. They stand if rescheduling occurs within 12 hours and the event begins within 48 hours, subject to overriding sport-specific rules. Official cancellation before the start voids bets. On soccer abandonment under the applicable rule, we settle markets already unconditionally determined and void the other relevant markets.
Our sportsbook may offer Cash Out on pre-match or live bets to settle before event completion on the terms offered. You may accept or decline. Selecting Cash Out settles your bet at those terms. Our sportsbook may adjust, suspend or withdraw an offer at any time at its sole discretion without giving a reason.
Our Bet Builder combines markets within one event, and every selection must win for the bet to win. Any losing selection loses the whole bet. If a selection is void, the whole bet becomes void once all selections finish, unless one has lost. Our sportsbook may amend, suspend or remove availability, and incorrect settlement remains subject to its Error rules. Bet Builders may join other Bet Builders or standard bets in Combo or System Bets. Related outcomes cannot be combined in a standard Combo outside a specific feature such as Bet Builder.
Our Early Payout feature settles qualifying tagged selections as winners when their predefined conditions are met, regardless of the final event outcome. It may apply to singles, multiple bets and certain bonus types. A single bet receives no additional payout if its original selection also wins. In a mixed bet, selections that do not qualify continue to normal settlement. Our sportsbook may suspend, modify or withdraw these markets. Accepted bets retain their acceptance conditions unless the rules state otherwise. We may reject or void bets under those rules and correct erroneous settlement, including technical, human or VAR errors.

ComboBoost applies only to market selections with minimum odds of 1.50. We calculate the final bonus using the Combo's final odds after all selections settle. Cashed Out bets are ineligible, and our sportsbook determines availability and terms at its discretion.
Our Freebets expire automatically if unused 30 days after issue. Promotional Freebets are credited to eligible accounts within 24 to 48 hours after the relevant match or event officially concludes. On settlement, we credit only net winnings, not the original Freebet stake, as shown in the betslip when placed.
A Freebet may be used on a single bet or a parlay of up to 5 selections. Participation is limited to one eligible person per household, residential address, family, IP address or shared-device environment, with one account per participant. A market's maximum permitted stake must exceed the Freebet value. If your limits prevent staking its full value, you cannot use it and no replacement or additional compensation is credited.
Our initial qualifying Freebet wager can return its Freebet amount once if voided or subject to stake-return conditions such as Draw No Bet.
