Contact our support
For help with this website, email our support team at [email protected]. For a gaming account, contact our Customer Service through the support links on our website, using your registered email address. Give your message a specific subject and describe what you need help with.
Account requests and formal notices concerning Rain Bet's gaming service follow the operator's support procedures. Rain Bet's terms require customers to submit notices through its Customer Support form. Correspondence under those terms must be written in English and use the email address registered to the account.
Details to include
A short, clear account of the issue makes your enquiry easier to understand. Use the following details where relevant:
| Your enquiry | Useful information |
|---|---|
| A problem with our website | The page address, your device and browser, and what happened |
| Account access | The error shown and when the problem began |
| Deposit or withdrawal | The transaction reference, currency, amount and date |
| Bet settlement | The bet reference, event, settlement date and the outcome you are disputing |
Never include a password, one-time login code, wallet private key or recovery phrase in your message. Remove sensitive details from screenshots.
Rain Bet directs customers to its Customer Service department if they want to withdraw money but their account is dormant, closed, locked or otherwise unavailable. Contacting support does not itself establish that a withdrawal will be approved.
Bet settlement complaints
If you disagree with a settlement, explain the specific result you believe is incorrect and submit the complaint to Rain Bet's Customer Service department. The operator sets a deadline of three days after the wager is decided and states that later claims will not be accepted.
For these complaints, Rain Bet says it will make reasonable efforts to reply within a few days, with an intention to answer within 28 days after receipt. This describes its response aim, rather than a deadline for resolving the dispute. If customer service cannot agree a solution with you, the operator's procedure takes the matter to management.
